The third-quarter flagship area development on Jalan Menteng Atas Dalam, RW 04, Menteng Atas Urban Village, Setiabudi Sub-district, South Jakarta, has been completed.

Setiabudi Sub-district Head Iswahyudi appreciated the completion of the revitalization project, noting that it has enhanced the area’s beauty, greenery, and cleanliness.

Meanwhile, Menteng Atas Urban Village Head, Yuyun Ayunah, explained that before the development, the 160-square-meter area was used as an illegal parking space for four-wheeled vehicles.
Yuyun added that the revitalization work, involving seven Public Facilities and Infrastructure Handling Unit (PPSU) personnel, began in July 2025.
She also mentioned that the project involved cooperation with the South Jakarta Food Security, Marine and Agriculture (KPKP) Sub-agency, Water Resources Sub-agency, Satpol PP, and Setiabudi Sub-district Health Center.
"We beautified the area with Betawi-themed murals. We also planted 200 ginger plants to support residents' economy and enhance local food security. We urge residents to help maintain and care for this newly developed area," she shared.
