Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung explained about his wife's inauguration, Endang Nugrahani Pramono Anung, as the Educator of Jakarta Early Childhood Education (PAUD), which went viral on social media. Pramono emphasized that his wife does not hold an official position or salary under the Jakarta Government.

"My wife doesn't hold any position at the City Hall. Including the one that was viral, she has a special position as a special staff to the governor, right?," he expressed, at Fatmawati MRT Station, Tuesday (9/16).
He explained that his wife is a housewife who does not have a social media account and never interferes with his work as governor. He emphasized, the viral inauguration on social media was his wife's inauguration as an Educator of the PAUD.

"My wife is a homemaker, she doesn't have social media and she doesn't want to disturb me," he explained.
His wife does not even receive a salary at all. The position as PAUD Educator is a job to smoothen various social activities in Jakarta.
Pramono reiterated that his wife is not involved in work matters at the City Hall and that her position does not receive a salary from Jakarta Government.
"Once again, I want to clarify that my wife does not help or interfere in my work matters. My wife has never done so," he asserted.
