She explained that during a single weighing in the third week of each month, this waste bank can collect around 300-500 inorganic waste.

She added that the money from the weighing can be directly given, and there are also some that become savings to be withdrawn by the customer at a later date.

"Alhamdulillah (thank God), it is very effective in reducing household inorganic waste. Moreover, we have also been working with the Environmental Sub-agency so they can directly pick up the waste at the weighing location," she explained.

RW 08 Chair Lebak Bulus Urban Village, Hamzah, appreciates all the management and customers of Kenanga II Waste Bank who are very enthusiastic in addressing this household waste problem.

He added, this routine waste bank activity is a tangible manifestation of residents' commitment to sustainable environmental management that benefits themselves and those around them.

"Hopefully, this activity won't only impact the environment and economic development but also maintain good camaraderie and close ties among residents," he hoped.
