So, BPK insists to force the NJOP in Sumber Waras Hospital should be equal with NJOP of a land plot behind the residential
Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama assessed the purchasing land owned by Sumber Waras Hospital, Grogol, West Jakarta, for cancer hospital construction, has been appropriate with the tax value of the properties (NJOP). Hence, he refused if the 6.9-hectare land plot amounted to Rp 1.5 trillion is overpriced.
"What I can't accept is the case of Sumber Waras Hospital. The Audit Agency (BPK) found the purchasing land is overpriced that is amounted to Rp 191 billion by Jakarta Provincial Government. How could it is overpriced? They did comparison on the land behind the hospital with NJOP," said Ahok, City Hall, Tuesday (7/7).
Health Centers and Regional Hospitals Still Operate Throughout Eid ul-FitrAccording to him, BPK found a land plot behind the hospital is cheaper than the land bought by Jakarta government. Thus they assumed there is marku-p of the Land NJOP.
"So, BPK insists to force the NJOP in Sumber Waras Hospital should be equal with NJOP of a land plot behind the residential," he expressed.
Ahok also cannot decide yet the continuation of the hospital construction. Because if it is continued then, the hospital should refund the budget surplus meant by BPK.
"Does the hospital mind to refund Rp 191 billion? Surely, they do. Even they prefer to keep it, and we have to buy it," he told.
However, if it wants to be re-purchased, the price would be more expensive than before. As the purchasing land has been ongoing since 2014 ago.
"That means, you make us not to purchase the land? If it is not, that would mean the hospital cannot not be constructed," he uttered.
Earlier, according to BPK findings in audit reports (LHP) of 2014 budget, there was a mark-up indication on purchasing land by Rp 191 billion. The land was purchased by Jakarta Health Department last year for constructing cancer hospital that equates with Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital.
