Maximum Fine Against Offender in Tanah Abang Applied

Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department will apply maximum fine against illegal parking offender in Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. In accordance with Bylaw No.5/2014 of Transportation, offender could be fined Rp 500 thousand.

“This is also applicable to motorcycle,” said Head of Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department, Henry Perez Sitorus.

Sitorus acknowledged, the implementation of this maximum fine must be applied immediately since offender did not get deterrent effect over the r aid, and rampant illegal parking still exists in Tanah Abang.
