Traffic on Jalan TB Simatupang Reopened for Drivers from Today

The traffic diversion on Jalan TB Simatupang - Jalan RA Kartini in South Jakarta is no longer in effect today, Monday (10/27), as well as the Fatmawati 2 Toll Gate Canalization.

The arrangements to normal conditions

Jakarta Transportartion Agency (Dishub) Head, Syafrin Liputo said, traffic on the corridor has returned to normal after traffic diversion was implemented to alleviate congestion around Antasari Junction to Lebak Bulus Junction.

"This is also influenced by the completion of several construction works that previously occupied the road, including the arrangement at the Fatmawati intersection and the installation of piping networks," he expressed, Monday (10/27).

During the traffic diversion, activities such as relocating the passenger pickup and drop-off points around Fatmawati MRT Station were also organized to support smooth mobility for the community.

"As traffic performance and public transportation services improve, we have stopped traffic diversion and returned the arrangements to normal conditions," he explained.

So, road users are urged to continue obeying traffic signs, follow the instructions of field officers, and always prioritize safety while driving.
