Violates IMB, City Demolish 3 Buildings in South Jakarta

As many as 3 buildings which violated Building Permit (IMB) and Building Boundary line (GSB) dismantled by South Jakarta Urban Planning Sub-Department.

We hold this demolition in accordance with procedures

In detail, the building which violated Building Permit located on Jalan Turi 3, Rawa Barat Urban Village, Kebayoran Baru, while the building which violated local regulation (Perda) No 7/ 2010 about Buildings and Residences located on Jalan Bintaro Utama, Pesanggrahan.   

"We hold this demolition in accordance with procedures," told South Jakarta Urban Planning Sub-Department Head, Syukria, Thursday (7/9).

Have No permit, A Two-Story Building Demolished

He added, as many as 25 personnel were deployed to dismantle the building. According to him, incidents also occurred a while because the building owners refuse their building to be demolished.

"We only use regular tool such as crowbar, hammer, and chisel in this operation," he explained.
