Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung inaugurated the Jakarta Public Order and Peace Student Ambassadors (Prabu) 2025 at JIEXPO Convention Center, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, on Thursday (11/13).

Pramono stated that the presence of Jakarta Prabu ambassadors in schools will have a positive impact on efforts to maintain public order and peace.

He hopes these student ambassadors would help protect school environments from negative behaviors such as bullying, drug abuse, and student brawls.
"They are essentially acting as Satpol PP's extension," he added.
On the other hand, Jakarta Satpol PP Head Satriadi Gunawan stated that Jakarta Prabu is part of a broader effort to nurture the city's youth, particularly students.
"Jakarta Prabu stands for 'Pelajar Duta Trantibum Jakarta'. They serve as pioneers and agents of change in promoting public order, discipline, and awareness of regional regulations in schools and communities," he said.
In the future, he added, his team plans to establish Jakarta Prabu units in all public high schools and vocational schools across Jakarta.
This program is expected to instill a strong sense of love for the city and a commitment to protect it wholeheartedly.
"We hope Jakarta Prabu can be a partner, a friend, and an extension of Jakarta Satpol PP to help ensure the city remains safe, comfortable, peaceful, orderly, and well-managed," he shared.
