Channel Revitalization on Jalan Batas II Reaches 70 Percent

The personnel of South Jakarta Water Resources Sub-agency are running water channel normalization on Jalan Batas II RT 07/04, Kebagusan Urban Village, Pasar Minggu District.

One of the personnel, Asil said the revitalization is run according to local residents' request.

Asil explained the water channel revitalization is run along 120 meters by using 60 HD u-ditch.
"10 personnel with one heavy equipment are deployed to work on it," he explained.
According to him, the work has been running since early November 2025 and is targeted for completion in a week ahead.
"Channel u-ditch is also completed with cover. Hopefully the newly improved water channel will eliminate inundation here," he added.
Meanwhile, one of local residents, Fery appreciated the water channel improvement.
"The revitalization surely makes the water flow smoothly," he stated.
