1,570 Homecomers Departed From Pasar Minggu Terminal

As much as 1,570 homecomers have been departed from Pasar Minggu Terminal on D-7 until D-2 of Eid ul-Fitr.

Mostly, our bus is serving passengers to Central Java such as Wonogiri, Karang Anyar, Solo and Yogyakarta

Hundreds of Homecomers Missed The Ship

Head of Pasar Minggu Terminal, Hengky R conveyed even though it is not the main terminal, yet the number of passengers is quite high. Evidently, its number continues to increase since D-7.

“The peak of homecoming flow in our terminal was on last Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Every day, we can depart 400 passengers from 22 buses,” he reported, Monday (7/15).

Most homecomers are heading to Central Java and Yogyakarta. “Mostly, our bus is serving passengers to Central Java such as Wonogiri, Karang Anyar, Solo and Yogyakarta. But we also provide buses with destination to East Java such as Surabaya and Pacitan,” he explained.

As for the security and safety, the bus drivers and conductors are obligated to undergo medical check-up in health posts that have been set up.

“Unwell driver is strictly prohibited to drive. We always check the bus and set up healthcare post,” he expressed.

Hengky ensured Pasar Minggu Terminal is free from brokers as officer standby for 24 Hours. “We provide best security for passenger,” he finished.
