Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah supports the community organization called Pandu Jalan that want to help parse congestion in Jakarta. Moreover he also asked the Jakarta Transportation Department to involve them in parse congestion in capital.

"In the past, they come to me and want to help us to parse congestion in Capital. I hope the Jakarta Transportation department want to give them opportunity," he said, Saturday (7/18).

According to him, the Pandu Jalan officers consisting of professionals people can be placed in some congestion points such as in Pulo Gadung Terminal, Cempaka Mas Intersection, Perintis Kemerdekaan, Kwitang and City Hall.

"Please give them opportunity and let them search Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from anywhere," he explained.

Saefullah also appealed the Transportation Department to give trial for them in one protocol road to know their effectiveness in parse congestion.

"We should test them, we can give them opportunity to manage traffic in a line to know their capability," he uttered.

Saefullah said, the Pandu Jalan Officers could be an alternative if there is no police and Transportation Department personnel in congestion point.

"The point is Pandu Jalan could be empowered because they could help police and Transportation Department on the road," he said.
