Pulogadung Terminal Begins to Be Crowded by Returning Passengers

Entering the 3rd day of Eid-ul Fitr, Pulogadung Terminal in East Jakarta, begins to be crowded by returning passengers. Until Monday morning (7/20), there have been 1,508 passengers recorded arrive in the city using 56 Inter-City Inter-Provincial Buses (AKAP). 

While 56 buses arrived with 1,508 passengers

The number of passengers predictably keep growing until tonight. They are majority from Purwokerto, Cirebon, and Kuningan. 

D-1, Kalideres Terminal Still Deserted from Homecomers

"On this day shift, there have been 40 buses recorded departed with 327 passengers. While 56 buses arrived with 1,508 passengers," explained Head of Pulogadung AKAP Bus Terminal, Simon Ginting. 

According to Ginting, on the last D+2, there are 2,500 homecomers arrived in the terminal that transported using 106 buses. 

"It increases every day, but the number is not significant," he told. 

He predicts the peak of returning flow will happen on Saturday (7/25) and Sunday (7/26). As the next monday (7/27), students start going to school, likewise employees who leave.
