Sianturi said especially for Kalibata City Apartment, the RT and RW management was already formed. Therefore, they were instructed to immediately conduct data collection towards apartment occupants.

"We ensure all occupants can process their ID card in accordance with the applicable requirements," he told.

South Jakarta Mayor, Syamsudin Noor estimates the number of newcomers in South Jakarta would hit 7,700 people.

"This is just the beginning prediction," he stressed.

Along with related unit, his party plans to hold socialization about population rule and Integrated Population Control Operation (Binduk) in a bid to anticipate newcomers.

"We will hold the operation 14 days after Eid ul-Fitr. The newcomers who meet the requirements will be given Jakarta ID card. As for those who want to stay a while will be given a temporary certificate of domicile," uttered Sianturi.
