Beef Operation in E. Jakarta Needs Socialization

Due to lack of socialization, the first day of beef market operation in Jatinegara Market, East Jakarta was deserted from buyers. Up to this afternoon, the management only sold 50 kilogram.

This situation is admitted by Bayu Sari Hastuti, East Jakarta Head Sub-dept. of Maritime, Agriculture and Food Tenacity. She told that only Kramat Jati Market that installing banner related to this program, while similar banner was not seen at Jatinegara and Ciracas Market.

"The program was decided yesterday, so we can't handle the socialization," she admitted.

Meat Market Operation Held in Benhil Market

For the second day of operation tomorrow, she promised to coordinate and evaluate with PD Dharma Jaya. "Later, we'll decide which area needs beef mostly," she promised.

Meanwhile, East Jakarta City Secretary, Junaidi, stated that he will deploy his personnel to maximize the socialization through urban village, sub-district, and PD Pasar Jaya.

"The first stage of meat operation is held two days, but it can be added," he stated.
