Beef Market Operation in Jatinegara Still Deserted

The first day of beef market operation which held in Jatinegara Market, East Jakarta, Tuesday (8/11), still looks deserted. 

I was instructed in sudden. No wonder, customers buying is just a few as the socialization was so minimal

Based on beritajakarta.com observations, the sales operational cars of PD Dharma Jaya arrived behind beef kiosk of the market at 6.30 AM bringing as much as 1 ton of beef. For front thigh part is sold by Rp 85,000 per kilogram and back thigh part is sold by Rp 89,000 per kilogram. Around 10.30 AM, there were only 17 kilograms of beef sold. 

Staff of Beef Market Operation from PD Dharma Jaya, Hardiansyah said there were only few customers coming. Allegedly, it was caused by minimal socialization held.

"I was instructed in sudden. No wonder, customers buying is just a few as the socialization was so minimal," he said. 

He told, despite the customer is still minimal, his side will stay on the location until the market operational hours done this afternoon. 

"Possibly it's until 4 PM later, but we're still waiting for office instruction for shifting. Because, if the customer is deserted, the beef would rot in the cars," he disclosed. 

Ronald, (47), a resident of Pondok Gede who came to buy, claimed he inadvertently k knew about the operation. He was formerly about to buy vegetables. "I just knew about the operation. If I did not pass by I'd have not known about it," he expressed.
