E. Jakarta Mayor Deplored about Klender Beef Peddlers Rejection

East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardhana deplored about rejection of peddlers against low-price beef market operation in Perumnas Klender Market, Duren Sawit.

We will coordinate with related party to keep holding the operation

Musyawardhana suspected there was an affair conducted by wholesaler side who conducted hoarding of beef, related to the rejection. "We really deplored about such rejection. They probably have a commitment with the wholesaler side, thus the beef operation was not allowed in the market," he stated, Wednesday (8/12).

He told the rare and increase of beef price is beyond of fairness limitation disserving citizens. To anticipate it, East Jakarta Administration holds beef market operation in some traditional markets.

"If the peddlers still conduct price affair beyond the fairness and citizens still need it, we will coordinate with related party to keep holding the operation," he explained.
