Central Jakarta Head of National and Political Unity Office (Kesbangpol), Fuadi, explained the clash in Johar Baru is often to happen because of many of unemployed people and drugs circulation. He promise to add more training program.

According to him, Sub-dept. of social, Sub-dept. of sport and youth, and also Sub-dept. of manpower have done several programs in Johar Baru. But the clash is likely unstoppable.
"RPTRA will be also built there near Tanah Tinggi Flat. Social life must be improved," he disclosed.
