Urban Village Heads Asked to Promptly Respond Public Complaints

West Jakarta Mayor, Anas Effendi instructed the all urban village heads to promptly respond public complaint through Qlue app. Because there are urban villages in West Jakarta included bottom 10 rankings in response to the app.

Of the 40 complaints, 28 of them are in progress and 10 other complaints are solved

"Kebon Jeruk is ranked 260 out of 267 urban villages in Jakarta. That means they are still less in responding public complaint," disclosed Effendi, when he led an executive meeting about Qlue social media, in West Jakarta Mayor Office, Wednesday (8/19).

Complaints on Qlue Less Responded by South & West Jakarta

In the ranking list of Qlue app, Kebon Jeruk had 8 public complaints and has not been processed. While the best rank is achieved by Pinangsia Urban Village ranked in the top ten.

"Of the 40 complaints, 28 of them are in progress and 10 other complaints are solved," he reported.

According to Effendi, the official should promptly respond public complaints via Qlue app. Because not only action, the time response is also monitored.

“I want the evaluation to be done every week, especially urban villages that have yet to respond complaints. I hope Qlue ranking in urban villages could appropriate the amount from number 1-56," he said.

He then reminded the Regional Unit (SKPD/UKPD) heads to help urban village party to follow up on complaints that mostly highlighting the waste problem, illegal parking, road and malfunctioned street light.
