East Jakarta PTSP Processed 18,748 Files Along January-July

Tens of thousands of public application files have been received by the One Stop Integrated Services (PTSP) in North Jakarta Mayor Office. The officer’s hospitality and time accuracy, become the main focus in serving public.

"From January-July, we had served 18,748 application files from public," said Head of PTSP for North Jakarta Office, Johan Girsang, Wednesday (8/19).
PTSP Staffs Should Be Brave Refusing BribeAccording to Girsang, the nowadays public is very active to meet the requirement of permission file.
"They already feel easy to process permit. Per day, the officer can serve 100-160 files," he told.
For July, there are 2,740 files submitted to Central Jakarta Mayor PTSP. Almost all of them already qualified.
"Of the total of 18,748 files, only one percent was invalid due to incomplete data. That means people already understand what the requirement is needed," he stated.
Most files are dominated by permit matters. They are Building Permit (IMB), Company Certificate List (STDP) and Business License (SIUP).
