Ahok wants the existing PTSP just like the official brokers which do not charge any fees. "PTSP is a broker, but legal. The broker does not want loose customer. The officer must have customer oriented attitude," he added.

One-Stop Integrated Service is made to eliminate the bribery action among officials. In addition, it is also to shorten time of license making.

"PTSP should like bank services. There is no counters. Our urban village almost like bank," he disclosed.
