S. Jakarta Pursues Potential Taxpayer

South Jakarta invited 300 taxpayers of Urban and
Rural Land and Building Tax (PBB P2). The effort aims to boost South Jakarta
tax revenue that only 25 percent of the target amounted Rp 2.2 trillion this
year.

tax revenue,” said Tri Kurniadi, South Jakarta
Mayor in Role Model Week for the collection of Urban and Rural Land and
Building Tax (PBB P2) event, Tuesday (8/25).

Here are the potential taxpayers,
PT Metropolitan Kencana, PT Elit Prima Hutama, PT Api Metra
Graha, Jiwasraya Insurance, PT Mutiara Permata Mulia, PT Internusa, Tenaga
Kerja Indonesia foundation, PT Atya Farma, PT Propertindo and PT Matahari Putra
Prima. “We hope we can reach the target revenue amounting Rp 500 billion for
City development,” he uttered.
The last record on 31st June showed
that S. Jakarta revenue only hit Rp 500 billion. "The payment due date is on
August 31st, but we encourage sub-district and urban village heads through a
persuasive approach to the citizens," he disclosed.
