Violates the Building Permit (IMB), a boarding house on Jalan Komplek Sandang II, Blok D No 20, RT 01/11, Palmerah Urban Village, West Jakarta, was demolished by officers.

The permit was for 2.5 levels, but the owner violates it by building 4. 5 levels

"The permit was for 2.5 levels, but the owner violates it by building 4.5 levels," told Fitriadi, Head Section of Palmerah Urban Planning, Tuesday (8/25).

According to him, his side had warned the owners multiple times. Not only that, his party also sealed the building in 2012. "The owners deliberately continue its building in the middle of 2014 without renew the permit," he uttered.

Fitriadi added, based on latest regulation in Jakarta, residential building is only allowed to be built by three level. "So, we only demolish the fourth floor and above," he said.

He asked the owners to immediately process the permit.
