Djarot: Kalau Ada IMB Palsu, Sampaikan

You Receive Fake Building Permit, Report It, Djarot Says

The City Administration now increasingly opens space for publics to report regarding the service given, including Building Permit (IMB) service. Even, Jakarta Vice Governor Djarot Saiful Hidajat also appealed local citizens to make a report if turns out the permit given is fake.

If the IMB is fake, please don't be afraid to report it to us for the next will be investigated

"If the IMB is fake, please don't be afraid to report it to us for the next will be investigated," said Djarot at City Hall, Wednesday (7/29).

Moreover, if it involves oknum (members) of Jakarta civil servants, he wants it to be reported to the city administration thus they will be demoted. Former Mayor of Blitar also asked all sides to report those who set high price to process IMB.

"We have to find the root cause first, why is the IMB fake. From the oknum who set the price because sometimes people processing IMB already get charged. If it is proven, then the oknum will be fired," he asserted.

As known, the Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN) at Jalan Cikini Raya, Menteng, Central Jakarta was forced to be sealed by Building Supervision Office (P2B) that currently changed to be Jakarta Spatial Planning Department in August 2014 ago. The sealing was conducted as based on the investigation result, the IMB used was fake.
