30 Officials Participated Modern Office Management Training and Education

As much as 30 officials echelon IV and staffs serving under Central Jakarta Administration participate education and training (diklat) modern office management in STIA LAN building on Jalan Administrasi, Pejompongan, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. This activity takes place for two days and ended today (8/27).

Hopefully through the knowledge, they could apply the concept in their respectively office 

C. Jakarta Facilitates Trainning for Job Seeker

Central Jakarta Mayor, Mangara Pardede acknowledged good governance can run effective yet efficient with a qualified human resource. Hopefully, the participants could utilize this chance to gain knowledge.

“Hopefully through the knowledge, they could apply the concept in their respectively office and as evaluation tool to improve their performance in providing service to public,” he said.

Mangara stated, the effort is as a form of public service. The office management is a series of activities to plan, organize, direct, supervise and control a job. With a good management, the government will be able to manage its activities and realize the objectives of the organization.

The Coordinator of Education and Training, Neny Maryani added, the activity is held by the cooperation of Central Jakarta Administration and STIA LAN. The activity is also the second time held for a period of two years.
