To prevent kiosk trading in some traditional markets, the City Administration will conduct evaluation to the kiosk owners that will be conducted once in 5 years during kiosk ownership period that is 20 years old.

If during that time the owners name changed, then the kiosks will be taken over, don't let it be traded

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat stated, there are still peddlers who trade their kiosk to other side. Consequently, everytime data collection held, the owners' name always changed thus it troubles the officer.

"If during that time the owners name changed, then the kiosks will be taken over, don't let it be traded," he asserted, when he welcomed the representatives of Market Cooperative Centre, at City Hall, Friday (8/28).

According to him, many kiosk owners in markets are not the peddlers, but they are precisely the wealthy people.

"Usually, they purchase the kiosk in large number, then sold again and they earn much money," he disclosed.
