East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardana, handed Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama's aid to M Azmi Abdul Malik (13 years old), a resident of Jalan Marjuki, RT 007/RW 17, Penggilingan Urban Village, Cakung Sub-District.

Azmi's eye has been malfunctioned since he was 4 due to been hit by fake arrow while playing with his friend.
Ahmad Yusuf, Azmi's father, has been trying to cure his child's eye, but due to the limit expenses, his effort was not maximal.
According to Bambang, he was commanded by Governor to give the aid. "It's a form of caring towards distressed people," he told.
