S. Jakarta Parks Sub-Department Agreed to Build RPTRA on Government's Land

South Jakarta Parks and Cemetery Sub-Department supports citizens proposal to build Child-Friendly Public Space (RPTRA) on the land of Timber Center Technical Management Unit for Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security at Jalan Ciputat Raya, Gang Murni Pondok Pinang, that was burnt a couple times ago.

It's very good even in densely populated area

Head of South Jakarta Parks and Cemetery Sub-Department, Siti Hasni stated, the concept of RPTRA that equipped with various facilities and kids playground, is very suitable to be built in densely populated area.

"It's very good even in densely populated area and for teenagers as well, thus they become creative and active, and their talents could be channeled," she expressed, Wednesday (9/2).

However, she told, the authority to build it is on the Jakarta Family Planning, Women's and Community Agency ( BPMPKB).

"The implementation is the authority of BPMPKB," she told.
