Seribu Island Regent, Budi Utomo requested Tiongkok Oil Company National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) provide boat school. The efforrt is as one of Coorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which addressed for children in Seribu Island.

“As a company obligation, we request to provide boat boat with library and canteen,” he said after conducted oil CNOOC fields visit at Pabelokan Island, Thursday (9/8).

According to him, CNOOC can contribute through CSR to provide boat school. “School bus already provided for children for free in land, I think a good idea for providing boat school for Seribu Island children,” he uttered.

Utomo went on to say, the visit is an island monitoring activity. “The monitoring toward Islands routinely conduct. It’s necesary to conduct monitoring sea and beach, so our island keep well-maintained,” he disclosed.
