12 Stalls in Bintaro Demolished

Due to standing on water channel, teens of stalls along Jalan Veteran, RT 04/11 Bintaro Urban Village, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta, demolished.

The channel was hard to be cleaned because of their stall, such as food stall and tire repair workshop. There are 12 stalls demolished

Secretary of Bintaro Urban Village, Maryono stated the street vendors have violated Bylaw No.8/2007 on Public Order. As they used public facilities to open their stall.

17 Stalls Along Jalan Enggano Demolished

According to Maryono, previously his party had given them warning letter, thus they could move. "It's already based on procedure. The vendors have moved, we demolish their stalls," he told.

In the action, his party deployed 40 personnel of Infrastructure and Public Facilities Handling (PPSU). They were equipped with hoe and motorcycle cart to clean and transport trash from the channel.

"There were armadas from the cleanliness sub-department to transport the stalls demolished.
