Not Appropriate ID-Card, Flat Occupant Will Be Evicted

Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T. Purnama to evict flat occupant who have no appropriate ID-Card with current flat address. Documenting the flat occupants will be made to avoid flat switching-ownership or sold.

The Standart Operational Procedure (SOP) has been set. Whole occupants must have ID-Card matches with domicile address. “I’ve set the SOP, whoever must adjust the ID-Card with current domicile address,” he said at City Hall, Monday (9/14).

Furthermore, he instructed Head of Jakarta Public Housing and Government’s Building, Ika Lestari Aji to take harsh action against the occupant. Whoever dare to cheat by selling flat unit will be punished.

“If there is any violation found just report me, I’ll report it to City Chief Police,” he asserted.

However, the occupants are also obligated to have bank account with same identity. His party found many occupants created a bank account which ID card does not match with flat address.

“That’s why I asked Population and Civil Registration Department (Dukcapil) to check it carefully,” he expressed.

This year, Ahok already had 2,000 names of actor who cheating by selling unit modus. Three of them have been arrested. They known as Mafia of Muara Baru flat. “Bit difficult to find the receipt to undercover the modus, but after a long process, finally we can arrest them,” he uttered.
