26 Plots of Land will Be Acquired for MRT Soon

Jakarta Provincial Government to immediately make a payment over 26 plots of land affected by Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) project. The land itself is located in Cipete Selatan, Cilandak Barat and Gandaria Selatan Urban Villages.

The documents are complete, and just make a payment

Assistant of South Jakarta Development and Environment, Tri Wahyuningdiah said that there was an agreement between resident and government regarding land acquisition for MRT project.

39 Plots of Land in Cilandak Agreed to Be Acquired

According to her, the resident had completed documents, such as letter of land without dispute, ID card, family card (KK) and the land and building tax (PBB) that was been paid last three years.

" The documents are complete, and just make a payment ," she stated, Wednesday (9/16).

And for technical payment, she continued, the parties concerned are required to process Bank DKI account and should not be represented.

"The deadline for payment falls on Tuesday (9/22)," she disclosed.
