Vegetable Cultivation Site in on KBT Expanded

East Jakarta Marine, Agriculture, and Food Security Sub-Department is about to expand the vegetable cultivation site on East Flood Canal (KBT)'s wet section. Practically, its development will involve resident role.

It is focused on undeveloped wet section. There is already the candidate from Karang Taruna Duren Sawit Urban Village

However, he continued, the hard soil is detected at some specified points. “Therefore, the soil must be dredged to smoothen cultivation process,” he expressed.

Hence, his side will ask for help from East Jakarta Cleanliness Sub-Department to provide heavy equipment.
