Some Bus Operators Agreed to Join with PT Transjakarta

We try to invite all regular public transport companies to join us. It also applies to Metromini or Intercity Bus Crew Cooperative (Kowanbisata), as long as they capable of providing bus. Yet the Metromini had dualism leadership problem thus we can invite one only,” he said, Friday (9/25).

While for APTB, he explained, was willing to join with PT Transjakarta. One of the APTB operators is Perum PPD  with 15 fleets.

“APTB PPD bus routes are Bekasi-Pulogebang and Bekasi-HI Roundabout.  Yesterday, Director of Perum PPD claimed that he was ready to apply rupiah per kilometer system,” he told.

Yansyah hoped the MoU about public transport revitalization signed by PT Transjakarta, Jakarta Transportation Department and Kopaja S66 company could be started at the end of this year.

“After MoU, we are about to prepare the specification. Kopaja can purchase it. We will not intervene in it, because we're preparing its Cooperation Agreement (KPS) with Kopaja,” he disclosed.
