Tens of Illegal Buildings on Apuran Riverbank Demolished

Tens of illegal buildings standing along Apuran Riverbank, Rawa Bengkel, RW 05 and 07, Cengkareng Barat Urban Village, Cengkareng, West Jakarta, dismantled by 80 joint personnel consisting Satpol PP, National Army/Police, Thursday (10/1).

After being demolished, the area will be arranged and planted with green plants

Those buildings are 37 stalls and shacks, 1 public toilet, 1 mass organization post and 19 garages

Cengkareng Sub-District Head, Mas'ud Efendi stated, the demolishment was conducted  as an effort to arrange and re-function the area to be green lane. "After being demolished, the area will be arranged and planted with green plants," he told.

250 Buildings Along Krukut Riverbank Demolished

Cengkareng Barat Urban Village Head, M Hatta added, his side has held socialization to the building owners.

"Demolishment warrant has also been sent to the owners, th us today's execution has met the procedure," he disclosed.
