Catering Enterpreneurs in Seribu Islands Given Cooking Training

As many as 90 catering entrepreneurs are given a cooking training held by Seribu Islands Tourism and Culture Sub-Department. The training takes place at Pramuka Plaza, North Seribu Islands Sub-District.
The training is for improving innovative and creative knowledge thus they could compete with professional catering
The participants are trained how to pack food menu and taught 17 selected recipes of foods or snacks.

"We're also presenting culinary expert and famous master chef to guide the cooking demo," she explained.
