60 Parks Sub-Dept Officers Involved in KBT Communal Work

As many as 60 officers of East Jakarta Parks and Cemeteries Sub-Department were involved in communal work at East Flood Canal (KBT), Pondok Bambu Urban Village, Duren Sawit.

Head of East Jakarta Parks and Cemeteries Sub-Department, Agustin Pudjie Astuti stated, about 40 officers of green lane and park that daily assigned outside of KBT, were also involved in the communal work .
"Besides sweeping and transporting tree branches and leaves, our officers also cut the dead trees," she said, Saturday (10/3) in the communal work location.
Communal Work Held in Panggang IslandIn the communal work that was participated by hundreds of residents and led directly by the Mayor, Bambang Musyawardhana, the Sub-Department deployed 3 trucks.
"Many residents littering the canal, Mr. Mayor wants it to be clean. So we do it together," she diclosed.
