Besides Komarudin Flat, 5 other flats are also planned to be repaired, starting from Cipinang Besar Utara (Cibesut), Marunda, Penjaringan, Sukapura, and Flamboyan.
Head of Jakarta Public Housing and Government’s Building Department, Ika Lestari Aji disclosed the Komarudin Flat was built in 2008 by Central Government, and handed over to the city administration in 2013.

She told the Komarudin Flat will undergo heavy reparation.
“Mostly damage are on the wall and its roof,” she stated.
As previously reported, the flat condition is in bad condition, where damage found on some roofs, walls, and stairs.
