Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama (Ahok) admitted that the amendment of city budget is smaller compared to the determination value. The value is matched with the state budget which is also small.

"The state budget amount is also small," he said, Monday (10/5).

The proposed city budget amount was Rp 65 trillion, while the determination is Rp 69.28 trillion. The ratification of city budget amendment still awaits the Home Ministry agreement.

According to the governor, previous city budget calculation was too much high allocation. "There were still stealth budget. The realization was not even close to the target, but they made changed the realiation amount," he added.

At this time, the city budget is fit with realized tax revenue. The low budget amount is also influenced with low economic condition. Several tax revenues will get impact of it.
