North Jakarta Administration formed an inquiry team to respond quickly every citizens report on Qlue.

North Jakarta Mayor, Rustam Effendi stated the team formation does not mean the reports are not responded. "But, It's one of our efforts to be more quick responding and realizing any citizens complaints both from social media, direct or letter reports," he told, Thursday (10/15).
Qlue Reports Authority Forwaded to State Secretariat
The team, he explained, is centered in North Jakarta Administration which in charge to monitor Qlue.
The complaints then recorded and followed up right away by coordinating with leaders of each area.
He hopes, by forming the team, all problems ranging from trash, water channel, road, park, street light, traffic, etc, could be solved and nothing is postponed.
"Our duty is serving citizens, if there is no complaint it means our performance is already good, as citizens' hopes and wishes are met," he disclosed.
