Central Jakarta Administration continuously conducts discipline enforcement towards civil servant. This time, the policy will hit one employee who is recorded often absent from office. Demotion will be given to he/she who is reportedly working at Cempaka Putih Sub-District Office.

Responding on this matter, Central Jakarta Administration Secretary, Zaenal said that he/she with initials N is consecutively absent for six months without explanation.

"I’ve instructed Head of Cempaka Putih Sub-District to process the sanctions in accordance with Government Regulation No. 53/2010 on Discipline of Civil Servant," he uttered, Sunday (10/18).
According to him, every employee should be given initial sanctions such as oral and written reprimand, as well as allowance cuts in accordance with Governatorial Regulation No. 193/2015 on Revision of Civil Servant's Regional Performane Allowance (TKD).
"Supervision should be done gradually. Hence, I hope it could optimally be done by city secretary to sub-district secretary," he finished.
