I’ve instructed Head of Cempaka Putih Sub-District to process the sanctions in accordance with Government Regulation No. 53/2010 on Discipline of Civil Servant ," he uttered, Sunday (10/18).
According to him, every employee should be given initial sanctions such as oral and written reprimand, as well as allowance cuts in accordance with Governatorial Regulation No. 193/2015 on Revision of Civil Servant's Regional Performane Allowance (TKD).
"Supervision should be done gradually. Hence, I hope it could optimally be done by city secretary to sub-district secretary," he finished.
