The inspection park of Sunter River in RW 03, 08 and 09, Rawa Badak Utara Urban Village (RBU), Koja, North Jakarta, will be installed with portal to prevent illegal parking.

All this time, the area is often used for cars parking of residents who have no garage in their house.

Head of Rawa Badak Utara Urban Village, Teguh Subroto told that such condition makes the grasses and trees damaged. Besides, it also disrupts kids' activities on the park.

"Therefore, 3 points of the park entrance are blocked with portal in order to make the park sterile from illegal parking," he told, Wednesday (10/21).

By blocking the entrance accesses, he hopes, residents could use the park to recreation.

"I've coordinated by sending a letter to North Jakarta Parks and Cemeteries Sub-Department to immediately maintain the park," uttered Subroto.
