12 Unlicensed Buildings in CIganjur Demolished

As many as 12 unlicensed shop houses on Jalan Kahfi 1, RW 01, Ciganjur Urban Village, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, forcibly demolished using heavy equipment.

We demolished them as the warning we given ranging from warning letter, sealing, until demolishment warrant got ignored by the owners

Head of Room and Building Controlling Section for South Jakarta Spatial Planning Sub-Department, Bonar Ambarita stated, the demolished building wide is 300 square meters.

"We demolished them as the warning we given ranging from warning letter, sealing, until demolishment warrant got ignored by the owners," he stated, Monday (11/2).

Having No IMB, A Building in Kali Age Island Sealed

According to him, the demolishment was done in 2 locations, that is 5 shop houses by South Jakarta patial Planning Sub-Department and 7 others by Jakarta Spatial Planning Department.

"It's not accordance to building permit. Furthermore these building also violate  Building Boundary line (GSB)," he explained.
