Violating IMB, A Four-Story Building Demolished

Due to violating Building Permit (IMB), a four-story building at Jalan Ampasit No 1, RT 08/02, Cideng Urban Village, Gambir, Central Jakarta, was demolished by Spatial Planning Section of Gambir Sub-District.
We demolish it manually as it is only the 4th floor. Eventhough the construction is almost complete yet we still demolish it
"We have given warning since early August 11 ago as it violated the building permit. But the owner ignored it," said Head of Spatial Planning Section of Gambir Sub-District, Chairil Anwar, Monday (10/26).
According to him, the building has 4 story yet it is only allowed to have 3 story. "In the end, we installed sealing board numbered 265 on August 19 and demolition warrant was also issued with number 254 on September 3 ago," he explained.
