27 Buildings on Jalan Rajawali Selatan 12 Torn Down

Due to they violated the building permit (IMB), as many as 27 illegal buildings stood atop on the side of Mati River, Jalan Rajawali Selatan 12, RT 01/02, Gunung Sahari Utara Urban Village, Central Jakarta, demolished by joint personnel of Satpol PP PPSU, and Cleanliness Freelancer (PHL).

January-October, 600 Unlicensed Buildings Controlled

Relaying on Beritajakarta.com's data, during demolishment, one unit of bulldozer sent to the field. After being demolished, the officers then transported the building materials using truck.

According to him, around 15 households will be relocated to the flat. "This is because they have met requirement, and will be relocated to the Marunda Flat," he told.

Afterwards, he furthered, the land would be transformed into a sidewalk and a park. "Approximately, the buildings have been in existing over 20 years," he finished.
