Jakarta Head Dept. of Bina Marga, Yusmada Faizal, said the construction of Pluit non toll flyover (JLNT) has entered the execution preparation.

He added that this project is assisted by PT Muara Waseso Samudera. It means that the project will not burden the city budget.
