Service which get better is in health sector and One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP). Education sector still needs improvement.

Jakarta has 318 licensing offices which are spread in five administration areas. PTSP office in urban village and sub-district eases society to process the related documents.

"We only give 15 percent from the national licensing," he added.

During his one year leadership, Basuki uses a football team management. Echelon two official is the coach, and echelon 3 and 4 are the players. The coach should replace player with bad performance. Bad coach performance or late to replace the player, will be replaced by the manager.

"I'm the manager. I'll replace the coach of the performance is low," he disclosed.
