Demolishment of Buildings on Krukut Riverbank Hampered

The demolishment plan of the buildings standing along Krukut Riverbank, Tanah Abang still awaits for flats availability. It is very important to relocate residents who previously live in the area.

As Mr. Governor desired, there must be relocation place for demolished residents

Central Jakarta Mayor, Mangara Pardede stated that so far, his side has not held data collection or socialization towards the residents.

"As Mr. Governor desired, there must be relocation place for demolished residents," he stated, Friday (11/6).

However, he continued, once his side get the certainty regarding flat provision, then the demolishment will be done soon.

"After flats provided, the demolishment will be done," he told.

As known, currently the area which crosses Bendungan Hilir Urban Village until Karet Tengsin is often full of trash. The trashes are from the residents disposing.
