West Jakarta Sub-dept. of Spatial Planning personnel demolished a warehouse on Jalan Kebon Jeruk Raya No. 47, West Jakarta due to violating the permit issued by Kebon Jeruk Sub-district One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP).
There is no other ways except demolishment
"According to the permit, the building should be built as residential, but it would be used as warehouse," said Marbin Hutajulu, head of the agency, Wednesday (11/11).
He admitted that his side had sent warning and demolishment letter to the owner. In fact, the owner ignored the warning.

Marbin appealed the citizen to obey the regulation by constructing building according to the permit.
"We have demolished 164 buildings which violated the permit," he disclosed.
