2016, SOP Bylaw for Official Boat Applied

Jakarta Provincial Government will apply Bylaw No.1/2015 on Operational Procedure Standart (SOP) of Helmsmen and Boat Crews (ABK) for official boat of regency starting 2016.

Helmsmen and the crews need specifically regulation in doing their duty

Head of Law and Procedure Division for Seribu Islands Regency Administration, Windu Cahyaningsih told that applying the bylaw is for improving human resource performance especially helmsmen and crews of regency's official boat. 

"Helmsmen and the crews need specifically regulation in doing their duty," she told, Wednesday (11/25).

She explained, on the bylaw helmsmen and boat crews are chaired by Head of Secretary Regency's House Hold as direct superior for conducting supervision of SOP implementation. 

"Clearly all of it is for improving office service towards officials and employees of regency administration. Later the reporting will be handed in to Regency Secretary once in three month," he finished.
