3,000 Job Vacancies Offered on W. Jakarta Job Fair, Be There!

West Jakarta Administration for Manpower and Transmigration Sub-Dept is holding a job fair in a shopping center, Jalan Latumenten, Tambora. This time, as many as 3,000 vacancies are prepared in the event.

"We open 3,000 vacancies, from banking, administration, commercial and investment. Job fair will be held until Thursday (12/3) tomorrow," said Suhari, Head of West Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Sub-Dept, Wednesday (12/2).

According to Suhari, the effort is also to to reduce unemployed in West Jakarta and to improve skills of Human Resources (SDM) in developing the nation's economy.

"Moreover, we will face the Asean Economic Community (AEC). I hope job seekers to improve their skills in accordance with their respective fields," he hoped.

Economic and Administrative Assistant for West Jakarta Secretariat, Sri Yuliani Saraswati hoped that the participants can compete fairly in the competitive job fair. "The company needs to be open in recruiting worker, but not unqualified worker," he stressed.

Mohammad Yusuf (26), one of jobseekers from Grogol Petamburan disclosed, he is very optimistic to compete with other jobseekers.

"I am optimistic that I could compete with them, as long as it competes with fair way," he exclaimed.
